How soon can I get my first order?Our cut off time each week is Wednesday at Midnight in order to receive your delivery on the following Sunday or Monday. Sometimes we can extend the ordering if we have extra meals made. So please never hesitate to contact us after Wednesday night if you are in need of meals as soon as possible.

Do you have a Pick Up Location?FREE Pick ups: Sunday - 5 Star Nutrition 1761 Norman Dr #1C 31601 (Across from Valdosta Mall) 3pm-6pm Monday- Boom Boom Headquarters 1509 Hickory Road 31601 (St Augustine rd) 8:30am-5pm Tuesday- Boom Boom Headquarters 1509 Hickory Road 31601 (St Augustine rd) 8:30am-5pm The other option is Personal Delivery to your home or office on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays in Valdosta and Pinetta. Then Personal Delivery to Tallahassee, Thomasville, Moultrie, Madison on Monday only. You will see all of the options when you check out. Charges do apply for Personal Delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?You certainly can! We really try to make it easy to manage your subscription, so if you need to take a break from our delicious meals or you decide that Boom Boom Food isn’t a fit for you, all you need to do is log into your account and you can cancel your subscription there. While you can cancel at any time, canceling your subscription does not cancel existing orders. If you cancel your subscription before the weekly cutoff time on Wednesday Midnight, no automated order will be placed for delivery the following week. If you cancel your subscription after the weekly cutoff time and an automated order was placed, that order cannot be canceled and you will receive it the following week. After that, however, you will not incur further charges or receive future deliveries from Boom Boom Food if your subscription is canceled.

Can I order food without a subscription?YES! Just click "Order Ala Carte" and choose which meals you want.

Are meals fresh or frozen?Always fresh. Once you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge ASAP. Once in the fridge, they are good for at least the next 7 days (expiration is printed on the label). Our meals are intended to be enjoyed fresh for optimal quality, we do not recommend freezing.

How do I apply a promo or coupon during checkout?When you get started with signup, you can add a promo code or coupon in the section that asks 'Do you have a discount code?'. You can input the code or coupon at checkout.

When is the cutoff for ordering?Your initial order must be finalized on Wednesdays by midnight. Although, we usually make extras and can squeeze in more orders, so please do NOT hesitate to contact us if you need to place an order after the weekly cutoff.
